Design and Planning
At Matheson Homebuilders, a great deal of time is spent up front in design and planning.
Before the ground is broken, you will be asked to make decisions
that many builders allow owners to make late in the process. We believe
that this up front planning creates a more satisfied and informed homeowner.
Controllable Costs
Many builders offer low-up front bids to lure potential buyers,
but create significant cost overruns by postponing important
decisions until late in the process (when switching builders is not feasible).
Although changes can still be made during construction, overruns are not customary
in a Matheson Home.
Remember, don't be fooled by a low up-front bid.
Look for the details in your contract.
